Chest pain in upper portion of chest

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Respected doctors I am feeling mild pain in the upper portion of chest which increase when I carry something heavy. I have undergone X RAY and ECG few days ago whose reports are attached. Kindly go through those reports and reply me what can be the probable cause.

It seems more of muscular. If there is any cardiac risk factor like Hypertension, Diebetic, Cholesterol, addiction, abnormal family history then do a complete cardiac evaluation.
