Pain in upper left back and middle chest
My mother in law is having pain in upper left back and middle of chest from yesterday. She is sweating a lot for some time. Numbness and pain in the left hand. Not able to sleep. No difficulty in breathing. What could be the reason?

You need to take her to a hospital to get ECG , Echo and Trop T done ASAP. Could be a heart related pain.
