Pain in upper left back
For past about 3 weeks I am experiencing pain in my left upper back portion of shoulder...first I thought it was simple muscle pain so did light stretching n applied some ointments but the pain is slowly increasing day by day...so is it a muscle pain or not n wat should I do?

if the pain is localised in that particular area then its muscle pain. but if its not localised and if its moving here and there with tingling sensation then it may be bcoz of cervical disc problem. if its muscle pain it will get better by heat therapy and a little massage.
