Pain in upper back, shoulder and stiffness in neck. Mostly in right side. Also numbness in right tricep upto wrist

Symptoms are of cervical spondylitis, need to see your XRAY of cervical spine. You can take hot fomentation and UST as well TENS to reduce your rediating pain. Cervical traction will help you reducing numbness by stretching your nerve and after that you need to go for neck isometric exercise and trapezius stretching and muscle strengthening exercise.
