Pain in under arms

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Last evening, I suddenly experienced pain in one of my under arms. When I checked in mirror, I noticed two circular balls like thing in under my skin which when I touched I felt like circular clots. These are painful. Even if I stretch my arm this area pains. Please advise what can these be. Attaching picture of the affected area.
