Hi welcome to Practo, I can understand your concern. There are several causes for such kind of issues. It may be due to nerves compression, muscular cramp, tendon sprain or reduceed bone density in affected areas. Also may be due to raised uric acid or RAfactor. As per Ayurveda it may be due to aggravated Vata Dosa in particular area. It also may be due to depletion of Dhatus.
Next Steps
Once you should go to investigate your blood sugar fasting and PP, blood pressure, Vitamin B12 deficiency and vitamin D deficiency test. Also take digital X-ray of wrist.
Health Tips
It can be managed naturally through ayurvedic medicines and Yoga practices Now you apply lukewarm Pachaguna oil at affected areas twice a day. Avoid spicy and fried junk foods. Quit smoking and drinking if you have these habits. Avoid cold drinks soft drinks ice-cream etc. Do regular wrist and shoulders rotatory exercise. Further if you have any queries regarding this concern feel free to revert back. Thank you.
