I had a pain in right hand wrist not on whole wrist I can bend and rotate it properly but pain was on ulnar pinky side wrist when I give pressure to that palm and try to get up it pains I seen orthopedic for the same and x ray was taken he said there is no issue in hand may b nerve compressed and this pain gone after 4 weeks I given heat on that place and it's gone it was June than again I had pain on the same side but this time it's on left hand is the carpal tunnel syndrome comes after both hand one by one only pain no swelling and All I went to one ayurveda lady doc she done nadi pariksha and said it is not vatt when I got pain in my right hand now when I hand pain in left I went to another ayurveda hospital he just saw pulse rate in machine and said it is carpal tunnel syndrome and in ayurveda launguage it's called Sandivatt what it is exactly not pain in other part of the body

I can understand your concern. There are several causes for such kind of issues. It may be due to nerves compression, muscular cramp, tendon sprain or reduceed bone density in affected areas. Also may be due to raised uric acid or RAfactor.
As per Ayurveda it may be due to aggravated Vata Dosa in particular area. It also may be due to depletion of Dhatus.
Next Steps
Once you should go to investigate your blood sugar fasting and PP, blood pressure, Vitamin B12 deficiency and vitamin D deficiency test.
Also take digital X-ray of wrist.

It can be managed naturally through ayurvedic medicines and Yoga practices
Now you apply lukewarm Pachaguna oil at affected areas twice a day.
Avoid spicy and fried junk foods.
Quit smoking and drinking if you have these habits.
