Pain in thumb fingers of feet
My cholesterol is 236,uric acid is 8.7.taking rosulip 40,febutaz 20 for the last one month.there is pain in the under portion of thumb and fingers of both feet

For hyperuricemia/gout: Tab Febuxostat 80mg at night and 40mg post breakfast for 1month. Avoid brinjal, soyabeen, yellow Dal, mutton, tomato, green saag, beer. Apply ice packs over affected painful area.
Next Steps
Keep food warm and moist. Change footwear and you can try using insoles.
