Pain in throat while swallowing
Pain in throat while swallowing since 3 days. I have taken Azithromycin but it didn't help. More pain towards left portion of throat.

You might be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days.
