Ulcer and pain in throat from last 1 month and it's not healing continue pain the ulcer is also in throat but I'm not sure is it symptom of cancer

Any breathing difficulty / cough ? Taken any medications?? Is the ulcer hard or soft to touch?? Any addiction to smoking / tobacco? Possible diagnosis 1. Throat infection 2. Ulcer due to local trauma 3. Rare possibility of a non healing ulcer being cancerous
