I have pain in my throat since 2 weeks.. Since I was a child I could feel something is there in right part of my neck. Now that thing is enlarged and pains. Though there is no problem in eating or drinking. But still the pain is massive.

Hi, Take Tab. Azithromycin 500 mg one tab twice daily. Tab.Disprin one tab thrice daily. Tab.Levocetrizine one tab twice daily. Followed by Warm saline gargles twice daily If relieved, continue for 2 more days.
