Hello Doctor, I m suffering from fever from past 2-3 days.. I m feeling pain in my throat and also in my nose while swallowing or spitting. Aftr i woke up.. I m unbale to rise up comfortably because I feel pain in my throat while rising up Please prescribe some tablet to get rid off the pain... I m also suffering from fever 🤒 Thank you
