She cannot walk properly or sit as she has pain in her thighs which stresses to her knees while she folds her legs

The pain may be due to arthritic changes in knee or hip. She may require proper assessment to know why the pain is there. What type of pain does she have? .does she have any back pain and is she obese?  We will have to check her posture and gait.
