  4. Pain in thigh. A suitable diagnosis?

Pain in thigh
A diabetic patient with thyroid and heart problems. Feeling more pain in thigh. Undergone operation for thigh to remove swelling in bone(10 years ago). It is paining now. Having the below symptoms: 1. Fever 2. Cough 3. Pain in the upper thigh Blood sugar level: F - 179 PP - 374 Could you please provide a suitable diagnosis ?
