Pain in the start of butt cheeks
I feel pain while getting up or trying to sit.
Near the last region of my spinal cord bone ends and the butt starts.
It's pain while I try to sit,try to get up,or walk(for little time).
But then it gets ok.
This pain is there for around a week

Pl do yoga
