Pain in the right lower chest
I have pain below my right chest muscle for the past 10 days. I am not able to bend forward or do anything with my right hand. I took nicip plus + omeez for 5 days but no improvement. I have tried applying pain balm but no use.

Pain below chest could be due to variety of reasons like some muscle pull or strain or other systemic causes related to lungs, kidneys, intestines, etc. This are called referral pains. Hence, proper systemic evaluation is must.
Next Steps
Please visit your family physician and get yourself evaluated. If his diagnosis is related to musculoskeletal disorders then you will need a physiotherapist for further therapy.

Avoid painful movements. Ice packs if pain is severe.
