Pain in the right epididymis

Hey there I am having pain for two days in my right testicle's epididymis i saw on the internet how to examine testicles for cancer so I didn't see any changes over testicle shape, I am worried I will lose it what do I do should I consider a check-up offline or should I wait for one more day and rest?
