Testicle nerve became hard and pain
My left testicle epididymis and nerve going through abdomen is hard I can feel it and slightly in pain
No lumps or any extra mass on testicle.just epididymis nerve is hard and paining.
What is it just in couple of days it happened.
Any thing dangerous or any infection please tell me what it is.

It could be epididymorchitis with funiculitis
Kindly do the following investigation
CBC
Creatinine
Urine routine
USG SCROTUM with Doppler
Next Steps
c.doxycy 100 mg twice daily X 7 days
