Shock type of pain in testicle
I have been experiencing gastric issues. One day after a bowel movement, my left testicle started experiencing a shocking type of pain. There's no swelling, and both testicles appear normal. The pain isn't constant but comes and goes, particularly after a bowel movement or whenever I have a motion. I also have anal pain. Upon consulting a doctor, she diagnosed me with piles and prescribed medication. However, I haven't experienced any improvement and have been suffering for two months. Can you help me identify the problem.
