Pain in the palm joint
I've had a scooter accident a year ago and I feel and my palms took a impact as I fell ahead of my vehicle. Since then there is a pain in the joint from where the palm starts .this pain is evident while doing activities like push ups. It's now become Impossible to do a pushup. It doesn't pain if pressure is not applied but it does when I do any motion like a push up.
Will this ever recover ?
