Pain in the heel
My mother is having pain in and around the heel .she is not able to walk properly .is there any medication for curing the pain.

Hi
Heel and foot pain is very common and cud be plantar fascitis.
Tell your mom to do calf stretches with a towel..look up youtube for the same..
Do 4 stretches of 30 second holds every hour and apply ice or cold packs thrice daily for 15 mins each.
If pain persists seek Physiotherapy treatment Ultrasound ..manual therapy and specific foot n ankle strengthening.
