Pain in the ear

My left ear inside is paining continuously. When I eat When I open my mouth it is paining. I cannot even put my finger inside my ear, my ear hurts. It's paining continuously even without touching my ear also. I can't sleep. Can you please tell me What am I suffering from. Thank you.

Could be an ear infection. I suggest u visit an ent and get it examined asap. U may require antibiotics if it is infection.
