Pain in the ear due to wax issue
There is a frequent pain and sensation in the ear due to wax and every time i have to visit ENT specialist for wax removal. There is anything i can do avoid this.

after bath daily just mop your ear canals with a clean ear bud daily..you can use wax dissolvants often..avoid deep insertion of ear bud as it tends to push the wax inside.

1. Stop listening to loud music
2. Stop stuffing your ears with cotton
3. Stop using cotton buds in your ear canals
4. Use silicone earplugs while bathing
5. Rinse ears with vinegar after shampooing
6. Use a personal grooming kit to trim all ear hair regularly
7. Consult a good ENT Specialist regularly(twice a year)
