Hello,
From a week I'm having pain when I pass stools, it's like in the back of my anus. It doesn't hurt afterwards, only when I go to the toilet. Once or twice there was a little blood, but now there isn't. I'm really afraid because of the things I've read online. I thought it could probably be an anal fissure because the pain started when I was passing hard stools. Do I need to see a doctor or it could heal by itself maybe with a diet or something?
Thank you in advance!
