Pain in testis and lower abdomen

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I have been suffering from this pain in my testis and lower abdomen since almost 1 year but whenever I used to sleep it will get reduced but as soon as I used to lift some weight or walk then it started hurting . Please help me to know the problem .
