Pain in testicles
I have been experiencing pain in my right testicle for around 2.5 months now. Since yesterday , I have been experiencing similar pain in my left testicle. I have already completed 2 rounds of antibiotics but with no help. I have done coloring Doppler usg which said I have epididymal cyst on both head of the epididymis. Once it showed mild varicocele on right in the first report. Today I got my MRI report which said " incidentally focal prostatitis is seen " Pain is mainly in right testicle on the right side near the top. On left testicle , it is left side on testicle. The pain feeling is like a burning sensation like as if there is a cut kind of feeing and something touches it. Sometimes like a throbbing sensation. But the pain is almost always there. I goes get aggravated when I think of it more. No pain on urination or ejaculation. Please help. It's been long time with no proper diagnosis or relieve. Pain is quite disturbing.

Hello there.... Take over-the-counter pain medications... Over-the-counter painkillers such as paracetamol, can be used to relieve pain and swelling. ...Lie down on your back. ...Apply an ice pack to the area. ...Rest and avoid strenuous activities.... Especially avoid heavy weight lifting.... Provide support to the scrotum by wearing an athletic supporter.....While lying down, place a rolled towel under your scrotum.... Other treatment options will depend on the cause of your testis pain..... Consult Surgeon....
