Pain in Testicles

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am having a mild pain in my left testicles from last 4 days along with a mild pain in my lower abdomen (on left side) as well. Its not causing any issues while I am urinating also I tried masturbating as well but there is not issue. Please advise if this problem is serious? Do I need to visit doctor?
