Hello, i have little pain on right side of my testicle for a while now.sometime i fe the pajn to my lower tummy...what shall i do ??

The testicle is connected to the pelvis I.e. lower abdomen by the spermatic cord which opens into the urethra. So there could be some infection etc which is causing the pain. Please consult a Urologist immediately and take treatment.
