Pain in testicle and lower side abdomen

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hello doctor i have vericocele 3rd grade both sides but my sperm analysis report and motality rate is normal. Doctor didnt prescribe surgery but now there is too much pain in both testicals as well ad lower both side abdomen and lower back also. What should i do. A cyst is also there on right side. Epidimic cyst.
