Pain in teeth
Pain in right side of mouth up & down both tooth.Unable to chew any kind of food.Since last 1 week ,I suffering from this pain.Molar became swell teeth are also came upward side.Pain has been spread in full mouth teeth & root canal as well.Cant open full mouth to eat.The pain spreded slowly from mouth to ear to head.

You have caries involving one or more teeth which is extending down the pulp that's causing you pain and swelling.  Would recommend you to visit a dentist as soon as possible.

Hello! From what you have described it seems like you have caries that has spread till pulp which is causing you pain in ear tooth and head. But still needs to be checked clinically.
Next Steps
As of now you can take medicines but I ll have to first check and know your medical history before prescribing any medicines.
