Dear patient,looks like u have a cavity in ur tooth that has gone upto the living part of the tooth called pulp or nerve and most probably u will need RCT for the same so please visit ur dentist ASAP and get the intraoral x-ray done. Till then you can take tab.ibugesic plus (s-o-s) to relieve the pain. Do the warm salt water gargles.
