Pain in stomach and back
I have pain in my left side of stomach or back not clearly defined. But when i sit pain is not therr but when i walk left side of stomach or back starts paining. I have gas problem from past two days. What can be the problem for this pain?. No other symptom

You may be having renal stones..need usg abdomen..consult me to tell proper history and have a better diagnosis.
