Pain in sinus bone
I am having allergic rhinitis issue since 10 years tried everything nothing helps, talking antihistamines relieve somehow.since 3 days was having same issue runny nose sinus pain,now having extreme headhache, eyes are paining sinus bone maxillary ,Forhead Temporal bone ,what it is?migrain?sinus pain.plz help.

Severe pain is usually not seen in Sinus infection,  severe one side headache is characteristic of Migraine. Are you having fever? More information is needed to come to a diagnosis.

Do u have any symptoms of nasal obstruction?? tickling of nasal discharge into the throat?? Any history of nausea?? Usually in migraine d headache will be very severe nd it's unilateral nd usually associated with nausea nd vomitings..so other information needed to come to a conclusion
