I am having allergic rhinitis issue since 10 years tried everything nothing helps, talking antihistamines relieve somehow.since 3 days was having same issue runny nose sinus pain,now having extreme headhache, eyes are paining sinus bone maxillary ,Forhead Temporal bone ,what it is?migrain?sinus pain.plz help.

Do u have any symptoms of nasal obstruction?? tickling of nasal discharge into the throat?? Any history of nausea??
Usually in migraine d headache will be very severe nd it's unilateral nd usually associated with nausea nd vomitings..so other information needed to come to a conclusion
