Pain in shoulder/rotator cuff
Hello sir/mam, last week my right shoulder starts paining in morning when i wake up, i thought i slept on my hand maybe thats why, but it is still pain whenever i sleep, i can raise hand straight , but i can only raise hand 90 degrees sideways, i start going to physiotherapist from past 3 days , same thing happened to me last year in april, what should i do now??, i workout regularly, i haven't went to gym from the date pain started, yes i lift heavy weight, and i think maybe thats why it happened, please tell what should i do now??

There may have been an injury to the shoulder joint while lifting weights in an abnormal position. Avoid lifting weights for now. Do Physiotherapy. If no relief get an mri done and review

Now you should give the shoulder time to rest and heal. Don't massage your shoulder. Use heat packs and diclo gels but don't massage it. Check to see if you have diabetes. In that case you need to get diabetes under control otherwise these shoulder pains and stiffness are not going away . Also take vitamin d and b12 injections. Especially if you have low vitamin levels. Check to see. In 1 to 2 weeks you should feel better.
