Pain in shoulder neck and right arm
I am suffering pain since last month from shoulder area through right arm. x-ray report says cervical lordosis lost. Taken medicines but no effect on it. what should i do now.

It's due to muscle spasm..wont subside only with medicines you need to undergo ultrasound and heat therapy by physiotherapist
