I've been suffering from shoulder-chest (the point between shoulder and chest) pain for 1 year. I've previously done MRI and had an inflammation in the Biceps tendon. I rested for a long time but the pain is still there. I took anti-inflammatory and did physiotherapy with very little improvement.
