  4. Pain in shoulder area. The next step.

Pain in shoulder area
My mother, age 60, is suffering with sever pain in one of her shoulder. She is not able to make out whether its a muscular pain or from bone. we have seen various doctors, done MRI, Ultrasound and scanning at CMH hospital. Still the problem was not yet detected. Please suggest the next step.

I think it's periarthritis shoulder,give hot water bath in anterior and posterior shoulder
