Pain in shoulder & hand
I have suffering from pain in right shoulder and hand since last 6 months. Have tried to do few excercise but could not as it becomes difficult to stretch in different directions. Although i can lift up things n stretch it normally but the pain is always there.

Hi. I'm Dr Prashant Parate, Shoulder and Knee specialist. I would like to know few things. How did the pain start? Does it pain all the time or during movements and in some particular direction.
