Pain in scalp with small bumps

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I am having lot of hair fall lately, followed by pain in the scalp and there are small bumps on my head. for some of the bumps, liquid comes out but is not in large extent. I have no dandruff for 2 days after hair wash. on 3rd day, i can feel a bit of dandruff but then i wash them off again. so every 3rd day i wash my hair with shampoo followed by conditioner.
