Scalp pain and hair loss. We wat to do!

Hi I am suffering from scalp pain and sensitivity in some areas of scalp and i'm suffering this problem from 1 year onwords .1 yearback I have have pain on front portion of scalp and on tat area hair is getting thinning. Now the scalp pain and sensitivity is spread most of my scalp and hair getting thinning. When I comb or shampooing so much hairfall will occur. I went to dermatologist and she recommend such as adgain cap;bontress spray; arcolane shampoo; mintop pro lotion; 8x shampoo; sebowash shampoo;follihair new; I'm using these from 4 months but my scalp pain and sensitivity and hair loss now get cured.i'm soo depressed by hair loss. And I can't focus on any other work.wat is my problem can u plz briefly tell and suggest we wat to do
