Pain in right testicle since 3 days
I have pain in right testicle while sitting and getting up. Also while stretching my leg and when i change position while sleeping. Pain is not continuous. Only whenever I move or change positions. I did overmasturbation 3 days back What to do?

Testicular pain , even though not severe should ideally be never neglected. At least get yourself checked by a urologist. Can be due to many causes viz, epididymitis, varicocele, torsion, orchitis.
