Pain in right testicle

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have pain and heaviness in right testicle and I have done ultrasound of it and ultrasound is normal doctor said that it is starting of varicocele .and also I have dark spot on penis tip where urine passes and some time it is whitish under foreskin
