Pain in right testicle

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am experiencing pain in the right testicle and the veins or nerves. The right testicle is also bigger than left testicle. And somehow I believe that during ejaculation semen is only being used from left testicle as the size of right one always remains bigger than the left one.
