Sir I feel pain in right side of stomach during breath. It is like a sharp pain. I feel it while laughing.

Hi, right side of abdomen has  liver / gall bladder / right colon. Kindly get a ultrasound to rule out gall stone / liver issues . If thus all ruled out then thus may be simply a gastritis. Take care. Good day.
