Pain in right shoulder
Doctor, I have so much pain in my right shoulder when i rotate my shoulder. This pain starts only when i start rotate my shoulder from 90 degree to up fully vertucal position. This pain starts in my shoulder when direction of my arm is fully horizontal parallel to earth surface.
Pain in shoulder only occur when i sleep sometimes towards right position of bed and then this pain remain for few days then this pain automatically left from shoulder then again starts after few times
Please doctor help me in this kind of issue by any diet, exercise, home remedie etc,

Hi, you might be suffering from supraspinatus Tendonitis or Rotator cuff sprain/ strain. Difficult to diagnose without clinical examination. Hot fomentation and physiotherapy may help. But get an Ortho consultation.
