Pain in right lower limb

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Respected Sir/Ma'am, I'm feeling pain at my right inguinal region and at the back of the thigh since yesterday. Is this a thing to be worried about? Or is it just spasm in hamstrings? Kindly help.
