Pain in right lower back
Whenever I stand or walk for a long time, my right lower (sometimes upper and left too) back starts paining. I visited a physiotherapist and he prescribed muscle relaxants for a week. My condition did improve after the medication. But after I got off the medication, I again started getting back pains. Please advice.
