Pain in right leg only
Why my 6 yr old complains of leg pain only in his right leg. One day he woke up and was not able to walk in morning, next day he was fine. And now again he is complaining.pls guide.

With this history ,it's impossible to get to a diagnosis...Go for a physical consultation with a paediatrician/orthopaedician ,so that cause can be evaluated and correct diagnosis can be made
