We did test for this purpose and are attaching files accordingly. Xray is also taken which shows no injury as per hones and ligaments. She is on a bed rest from 4-5 days. Please help

In all probability she is having severe spasm or overwork of her muscles of the hip and buttock secondary to her cross legged sitting habits. You can check lateral hip pain on Google.
Next Steps
once her pain reduces, she must sit properly and do the right type of exercises.
