Pain in right elbow. .innerside
I am having pain as above for which Working with right hand is becoming difficult.It was there and aggravated further when I had to pull one  jammed collapsible gate for a few days.Now no constant pain but doing something with that hand gives substantial pain to the elbow...innerside...as shown in photograph...Thanks

Commonly known as golfer's elbow. This happens due to stretching of the tight muscles of your front of the forearm. The muscles can be tight due to our daily activities where the wrist is bent forward for holding mobile, newspaper, laptop, driving etc.

avoid holding things for prolonged duration, avoid too flexed wrist angles, do the stretching exercises

Hello, Elbow pain that too inner side indicates tennis elbow or medial epicondylitis. You use a tennis elbow brace and start on a moderate painkiller. NSAIDs. Avoid making twisting injury of the forearm and hands . Apply ice . In case still no releif after 3 weeks can go for local steroid injection or a “GATE” pain management injection .
