Pain in right elbow
Experincieng pain in elbow in right hand since 2 days. I am lifting weights but thats only 2.5kg. Is it because of DOMS?

Might be tennis elbow. Use hot or ice fomentation. Avoid lifting weight now. Do stretching exercises for tennis elbow once pain is slightly better. Consult orthopaedic dr

Sudden unaccustomed exercise can result in Delayed onset muscle soreness which peaks in 24-72 hrs and relieved thereafter
